Trianz Inc to Acquire Blue AllyAugust 19, 2009, Bangalore
Trianz Inc, a Consulting, IT and BPO services provider today announced the acquisition of Megasoft Consultants Inc, a US based IT Services subsidiary of Megasoft Limited (BSE Code No.: 532408). Under terms of the definitive agreement unanimously approved by Boards of both the companies, the IT business of Megasoft operating under the brand-name of Blue Ally will be acquired by Trianz Inc.

Trianz and Blue Ally serve several prestigious clients in the High-Technology, Insurance, Banking, Communications and Manufacturing-Retail industry verticals with a portfolio of operations centric Management Consulting, a wide array of IT and BPO Services. The combined organization will serve clients in North America, EU, and India and Japan out of offices in Silicon Valley, Washington, New York area, multiple centers in India .
